1.To manage overall responsibility of for all training related activities including delegate    registration, delivery of  course, tutors selection and approval, personnel records, coordination with CQI/ IRCA etc

2. To manage the performance Review of personnel including Tutors

3. To taking out the resolution of appeal and complaints if any.

  1. 4. To Invigilation of exam and witness of tutors along with Technical Expert if required.
  2. 5. To overall quality control (Ensuring that the working is as per procedure in each process related to training.)
  3. 6. To design and planned delivery of courses
  4. 7. To Issue of certificates to the delegates
  5. 8. To dealing with accreditation Board.
  6. 9. To update the training system as per accreditation Board requirement
  7. 10. To work on the course design along with Technical experts, to make training Courses
  1. 11. To be responsible for certification of additional training courses
  2. 12. To be the first point contact for Accreditation board Audits As direction by management

Skills and qualifications:


  • Excellent Communication Skills verbal & written.
  • Preferred from the ISO Certification Body.
  • Should have good knowledge of Developing the New training courses as per demand.

     Minimum Graduate with 5 Years’ experience in ISO training

Job Description:


1.  Identifying and generating business leads

2.  To understand the client’s needs and generate the business for company

3.  Develop realistic monthly and quarterly targets for securing new businesses.

4.  Work in association with the Operations Team to ensure smooth delivery of services to the clients.

5.  Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

6.  Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or queries

7.  As directed by the management.

8.  Conduct Market research

9.  Efficient on social media platforms

10.  Digital marketing

11.  Measuring and reporting on brand campaign results

12.  Working with agencies to manage marketing campaigns

13.  Creating in store marketing displays and signage

14.  Provide input on design decisions

Required Skills: –

1.  Minimum 8 Years’ experience from preferably from Service Industry .

2.  Proactive, dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure. Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills.

Education –  MBA – Marketing / Sales/ International Business / Energy/ Environmental Science
